Mr. Kuplen has been a member of the Alcom Board of Directors since 1984. He joined Alcom in 1978 and has become one of the organization's top grossing sales representatives. With over 35 years of sales experience in the printing industry, Mr. Kuplen consistently contributes over $7 million in sales.

An advocate of extreme customer satisfaction, Mr. Kuplen initiated Customer Satisfaction Teams at Alcom in 1998. He was instrumental in elevating the standard of service by instituting the policy, "Yes is the answer...now what's your question?"

In 1997 the Board of Directors elected Mr. Kuplen as President; in 1998, President & COO; and in 2004, Chairman & CEO. Mr. Kuplen has also served as a Trustee for the Alcom 401(k) Plan.
