Mr. Misero joined Alcom in 1999. He is a Certified Public Accountant with over 29 years experience in public accounting. As a partner in a public accounting firm, he was involved with all phases of financial reporting, business and tax consultation, accounting and management information systems, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

As the CFO of Alcom, Mr. Misero's responsibilities encompass all regulated compliance, accounting issues, risk management, treasury functions and strategic planning. He is a member of the Alcom Executive Operating Committee, and became a member of the Board of Directors in October 2001. Mr. Misero is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
