Mr. Yeager has been with Alcom since graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Printing Management. His tenure with Alcom over the past 32 years has included positions in production control, job planning, scheduling, Production Manager, General Manager, and Vice President of Manufacturing. He is now Assistant Chairman & COO.

Mr. Yeager has been instrumental in establishing and maintaining Alcom's customer service and quality control programs. He serves on the Executive Board of the Graphic Arts Association and is Treasurer of the Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation, an affiliation of Printing Industries of America.

He is a community leader, contributing time and expertise on the Vocational-Technical School Advisory Committee, as well as other ad hoc committees. He is a member of Masonic Blue Lodge as well as Consistory and Shrine Temple. He serves as President of Church Council and is an Elder of his church.
