Mr. Lobach was elected to the Alcom Board of Directors in 2000 and is the only non-employee Director. He brings to the Board more than 29 years of successful banking experience, with a strong background in retail and commercial lending, marketing and operations.

Mr. Lobach was Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and one of the founders of Ambassador Bank, a leader in de novo banking. In 1998, he joined Fulton Financial Corporation, where he successfully continued to grow its business opportunities. Following his entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Lobach founded Embassy Bank of the Lehigh Valley in October 2001 to offer the very best in customized banking for companies requiring unique solutions, "Banking Without Borders."

He is very active in banking associations, and a leader in many community groups in the Lehigh Valley.
