Mr. Opp began his career at Alcom in 2001 as Customer Service and Production Manager and is currently General Manager. His goal is to provide the highest quality service to Alcom's customers through the extreme customer service philosophy characterized by "Yes is the answer...now what's your question?"

Mr. Opp has been part of the printing industry since his graduation in 1976 from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He has extensive experience in estimating, purchasing, sales, production and customer service. Mr. Opp has been a member of the Alcom Board of Directors since 2004.
