Mr. Weyman has been in the printing industry since 1987, starting as an estimator/print production specialist for a commercial sheetfed printer. In 1989 he was promoted to manage a prepress operation where he stayed for 10 years. Mr. Weyman joined Alcom in 2001 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2007.

In 2007, Mr. Weyman helped establish the new Digital Print Department, adding a Kodak NexPress 2500. Since then, Alcom has added several other digital devices, including a fully automatic book production line.

In 2009, Mr. Weyman assumed the responsibility of head of customer service charged with integrating customer service, prepress, digital print and mailing services.
