Mr. Eichman has been a member of the Alcom Board of Directors since January 1998. Upon graduation in 1987 with a degree in Print Management and Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, he joined Alcom as Web Production Coordinator for the Havertown Printing Company Division. There he developed standards and measurements used by Alcom in today's web manufacturing process.

In 1990, Mr. Eichman joined Alcom's sales force and has been a top producer from the start. He was elected Vice President of Sales in July 2001. Since then, Alcom's revenue has grown steadily at an average annual rate of 5%. Mr. Eichman is the son of past President and Board member, Frank Eichman, who retired in 1997.

Today, Mr. Eichman continues his sales activity while being instrumental in the newly-formed division Alcom Business Development Group.
