A Health Network with more than 300 practice locations had an issue with maintaining brochures in each practice. They had issues with staying up to date, budget control, and quality control of brochure reprints.

The Solution

Alcom built an online ordering system to help the health network control their budget, quality, and brochures versions.

The online ordering system did the following:

• Standardized the most used items so they could be printed in bulk for
  cost savings
• Created real time reporting to break out the spend by practice and service line
